"Fortified farmhouses, bastle houses are found along the Anglo-Scottish border in the areas once raided by border Reivers. The ground floor served as a stable for animals whilst the families occupied the first floor.

This kits is supplied with ladders and stairs to allow build options / multiple ways to access the first floor.

Supplied unassembled and unpainted in kit form with full instructions.
